Rest Day!

Addicted to the gym? I feel your pain. Rest days are torture. Instead of enjoying the day, you spend it thinking about what you COULD be working on. However, constantly going balls out does more damage than good. Rest days are essential for muscle growth and recovery, and preventing injury. Don’t overtrain: listen to your body! Get sleep, proper nutrition and supplementation in order to make the most out of your workouts/training. =
